Myhealth Meadowbank

After dealing with the doctors in my area for years, I was tired of being let down. It was recommended for me to try the doctors at Myhealth Meadowbank and I can say I'm relieved to finally find doctors that know what they're doing. I now travel 45 minutes to see Dr Ali for myself and Dr Jasmine or Dr Michelle Ly for my children and it's been fantastic. The trip is definitely worth the effort.

The facility is fine and reception is polite, but similarly to the below reviews I’ve had a poor experience with Dr Ali. I had a pretty serious health issue I was concerned about and it didn’t seem like Dr Ali had much care or interest in helping, nor any empathy towards my concerns. I’ve never been to a doctor where I was the one asking more questions than the doctor, it felt like I was rushed out of the room and left with more questions rather than answers and no direction on how to treat my condition. Paid $70 for less than 10 minutes and ended up being more confused and lost than when I came in. I don’t think I’ll be back with this doctor. If you’re coming in for a blood test expect to wait at least 1-2 hours. Even if you come early people will push in front of you and reception does absolutely nothing. Doesn’t help distribute a ticket or anything. Disappointing experience on an early weekend morning.

This medical centre is the best medical centre that i have personally visited. The cleanliness, the respect and politeness from receptionists and even the scheduling, its always amazing. I also didnt want to let Dr Ali’s amazing work go unnoticed. He’s knowledge, understanding and willingness to help is what keeps me going back to him. Dr Ali also genuienly cares about us every time we visit. Every time that i have visited him i know that i will walk out of that room confident that my issues will be fixed. Its great to have a doctor that i can trust and a medical centre like this. Im not someone that makes public reviews but this medical centre alongside Dr Ali has to be commended for their efforts. Great work everyone!

Honestly, I didn’t have bad experience at first but today 22/11/2023, i was suppose to have appointment telephone consultation at 4:15 pm with the doc but receptionist calls me asking if i am coming in or not. i said its meant to be telephone consultation. she said oh sorry Dr is running behind. i called 2-3 times after and still no call back. I have high fever and in desperate need of antibiotics. They said I will get a call at 6 pm but still no call. and i cant call back because its 6 pm and clinic is closed. i even begged on the phone saying i desperately need to talk to a doctor. its not an emergency but i am soo sick I need some medicine or solution. dont get me wrong the doctor who is treating me is a wonderful and a wholesome doctor. changed my life but the service this medical health centre provides is astounding.

Dr. Michelle Ly is one of the best doctors I have ever had, she is friendly and very professional. She gives good advice on what to prevent my issue. I got my flu vaccine from her and it was very quick and not painful. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Today was good because I didn't have to wait long for my appointment because it was on time!
